Our return and refund policy will cover damaged/defective goods/items, expired items, wrong items delivered, missing parts/items, and items received is not as advertised. We will provide an exchange or refund provided the purchases are made within 15 days and returned with the original invoice or with proof of purchase.
Please contact us by email/WhatsApp to notify us of the return & refund request before sending the items. We will give an approval for the items to be returned back to us once we have accepted and agreed with the reason and proof provided. We will not accept any return & refund request without prior notification. The items can be posted back to us via any Courier Services to below address.
The returned goods/products will be checked and the goods should be in good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition and in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will be NO refund. Maysara Beauty Collection Sdn Bhd, will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 3 working days after the confirmation. We will notify the customer once refund request is approved.
